Urban - Commissioners of Municipal Corporations (Revenue Officers in the case of

Chennai Municipal Corporation) / Commissioners of Municipalities / Executive

Officers of Third Grade Municipalities and Town Panchayats.

The Zonal Officers, Presiding Officers and polling personnel are appointed by the

respective Returning Officers.
