Porngate hits Gujarat

Ahmedabad:  After Karnataka, a porngate controversy has hit Gujarat as two legislators of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) were caught watching porn clips inside the state assembly while the proceedings were on.

The duo has been identified as Shankar Chaudhary from Radhapur constituency and Jetha Dharwad from Shehra seat.

According to reports, a local journalist recorded the two watching porn on their tablets.

The opposition Congress party alleged that the two legislators were watching porn clips when the BJP state president walked into the assembly. On seeing him, the two immediately changed the clips to a video of Swami Vivekananda.

Meanwhile, the duo has denied allegations and said the Congress is trying to malign them.

The Gujarat porngate comes just a month after Karnataka assembly witnessed a similar scene.

Three BJP ministers - CC Patil, Laxman Savadi and Krishna Palemar- were caught on camera watching a sleazy video clip on mobile phone during an assembly session.
