following the stabbing of the former editor of a prominent Chinese daily
newspaper, which comes on the back of increasing warnings of a
worsening press freedom situation in the self-administered territory.Kevin Lau, who until his dismissal in January was chief editor of the Ming Pao daily, remains hospitalized and in critical condition, after being stabbed six times in the back on Wednesday by an attacker who fled with an accomplice on a motorbike.
Bruce Lui, convener of the Independent Commentators’ Association, told ucanews.com that the attack was likely to be related to Lau’s work.
“I would associate it with certain bold reports of Ming Pao and Lau’s agreeing to join the investigation of International Consortium of Investigative Journalists on the hidden wealth of top Chinese officials,” he said.
“The attempt to kill him shows that the culprit behind the scene wants to create chilling effect to muzzle the press,” he noted.
The Hong Kong Journalist Association is calling for citizens to join a territory-wide rally on Sunday, and is collecting signatures for a petition condemning the attack. Journalists were also asked to dress in black on Thursday as a sign of respect for Lau.
There have been nine attacks or threats towards journalists and media owners since Hong Kong’s handover to China in 1997, five of which happened last year.
Last Sunday thousands of journalists and press freedom advocates demonstrated in Hong Kong following the sacking of outspoken radio commentator Lee Wai-ling, a move protesters claimed signals growing suppression of the media.
Observers say the intimidation of journalists reflects Beijing's repressive influence over Hong Kong.

India's Supreme Court has declined to interfere with orders from
religious courts, refusing to ban Islamic sharia courts from operating
in the country.It said on Tuesday that the country has systems to protect those who refuse to follow the decrees of such courts, stressing that no one can impose the ruling of a religious court.
However, critics say the Supreme Court's refusal to impose a ban will increase obscurantism and religious fanaticism in the country.
"It simply shows the weakness of the Indian constitutional system and the moral poverty of the government," Nava Yogendra Swami, a senior monk for the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.
"We are not yet secular. We need to revise the constitution," he told ucanews.com.
The court's observation came on a case challenging the fatwa of an Islamic court that forced a Muslim woman to desert her husband and marry her father-in-law, who allegedly raped her.
"We can protect people who are subjected to suffering due to this ... If somebody forces them on you, then we can protect you," the court reportedly said.
Ahmed Bukhari, head cleric of Jama Masjid mosque in Delhi, welcomed the court ruling and said sharia courts are “a religious necessity” for Muslims.
"[Sharia courts] are part of a right Muslim life according to the Qur'an, they do not interfere with secular values of the country and they do not impose the order on anyone," Bukhari told ucanews.com.
The petitioner, lawyer Vishwa Lochan Madan, challenged the constitutional validity of the sharia courts, saying they represented a parallel judicial system.
Madan said sharia courts are active in some 60 of India's 670 districts where Muslims are a majority. Poor villagers, who live away from the courts and police systems, cannot oppose the decrees and fatwa of these courts, which violate the basic rights of citizens, he argued.
The court countered that Madan was assuming that all fatwas are irrational.
“Some fatwas may be wise and may be for the general good. People in this country are wise enough," the court said. "These are political and religious issues and we do not want to go into it."
The All India Muslim Personal Law Board, a body established to apply and protect Muslim personal law in India, told the court that no fatwa is binding on people and their religious courts have no power of implementation.
The latest observation of the court, in an election year, comes in contrast with its own 2011 order against khap, or community, courts. The court had deemed such courts "wholly illegal" and said persons behind them "deserve harsh punishment".
One reason for the change is seen as the general elections due in May and the unwillingness of the ruling coalition to offend the voting bloc of 176 million Muslims, observers said.

“There is absolutely no doubt regarding the
validity of my resignation from the Petrine ministry” and the
“speculations” surrounding it are “simply absurd”. Joseph Ratzinger was
not forced to resign, he was not pressured into it and he did not fall
victim to a conspiracy: his resignation was genuine and valid and there
is no “diarchy” (dual government) in the Church today. There is a
reigning Pope, Francis, who leads the Catholic Church and an Emeritus
Pope whose “only purpose” is to pray for his successor.
The Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI has put pen to paper to set the record straight on the historic decision he took one year ago, in response to the various interpretations that have been circulating in the press and on the web regarding his gesture. Writing from the Mater Ecclesiae monastery in the Vatican, he replied in person to a letter with some questions which we sent him a few days ago, after certain comments made in the Italian and international press about his resignation. Ratzinger was brief and to the point; he denied speculations about any secret reasons behind his resignation and urged people not to give undue importance to certain choices he has made, such as his decision to carry on wearing the white cassock after stepping down as Bishop of Rome.
Readers will recall the shock announcement Benedict XVI made on 11 February 2013, informing cardinals at the Consistory of his free decision to resign ingravescente aetate (because of old age): “I have come to the certainty that my strengths, due to an advanced age, are no longer suited to an adequate exercise of the Petrine ministry.” He also announced that the Apostolic See was going to be vacant as of the evening of 28 February when the cardinals would meet to begin the process of electing his successor. In the days that followed, Ratzinger informed he would be keeping his papal name Benedict XVI (the name with which he signed the letter he sent us), that he would from that moment on be referred to as Pope Emeritus (this title also appears in print on the letter) and that he planned to carry on wearing a white cassock, albeit a simpler version than the papal one: Ratzinger does not wear the short shoulder cape, known as the “pellegrina” and without the fascia.
At his final General Audience on 27 February 2013, Benedict XVI told a packed and sunny St. Peter’s Square that: “In these last few months, I have felt my strength diminish and I have asked God with insistency in my prayers to illuminate me with his light and make me take the best decision. I took this step in full awareness of its gravity and novelty but with profound serenity of spirit. Loving the Church also means having the courage to make difficult, painful choices, always keeping the good of the Church in mind and not ourselves.”
He added that his decision to withdraw from the public spot light “hidden from the world”, did not mean a return to private life. “My decision to resign the active exercise of the ministry does not revoke this. I do not return to private life, to a life of travel, meetings, receptions, conferences, and so on. I am not abandoning the cross, but remaining in a new way at the side of the crucified Lord. I no longer bear the power of office for the governance of the Church, but in the service of prayer I remain, so to speak, in the enclosure of Saint Peter,” he said.
It was these words regarding his wish to stay within “the enclosure of Saint Peter” that led some to think that Benedict XVI’s decision to resign had not been taken freely and was therefore not valid. The idea that the Pope Emeritus wanted to cut out a role for himself as a “shadow Pope”, was light years away from the real Ratzinger. After Francis’ election, the changes he brought with him and the electric effect his words and personal testimony have had on the Church, comparisons with his predecessor were to be expected. This is after all what always happens when a new Pope takes charge. Benedict XVI himself has always rejected this comparison. Over the past weeks, as the anniversary of his resignation approaches, some have gone a bit too far, suggesting that Benedict XVI’s resignation may not have lacked validity and that he is therefore still playing an active and institutional role beside the reigning Pope.
On 16 February, the author of this article sent the Pope Emeritus a letter with some specific questions regarding these interpretations. A response came two days later. “There is absolutely no doubt regarding the validity of my resignation from the Petrine ministry,” Ratzinger wrote in his letter of reply. The only condition for the validity of my resignation is the complete freedom of my decision. Speculations regarding its validity are simply absurd.” Those closest to Ratzinger had been aware of the possibility of his resignation for a long time and he himself confirmed it in a book-length interview with the German journalist Peter Seewald (“Light of the World”, 2010): “If a pope clearly realizes that he is no longer physically, psychologically, and spiritually capable of handling the duties of office, then he has a right and, under some circumstances, also an obligation to resign."

Celebrating the closing Mass for the extraordinary general chapter of
the Legionaries of Christ and ending his service as papal delegate
overseeing the order, Cardinal Velasio De Paolis told the priests that
the Lord had healed their order and reaffirmed his love for them.
With the adoption of a new constitution, the election of new officers and a statement of apology to the victims of the orders' founder, the late Fr. Marcial Maciel Degollado, "the Legionaries have been reconciled with themselves, with their history, with the world and with the church," De Paolis said in a homily Tuesday.
De Paolis was appointed to oversee the reform of the Legionaries in 2010 after the Vatican announced Maciel had been guilty of "seriously and objectively immoral behavior" and "real crimes," including the sexual abuse of boys in his seminaries.
In his homily, he said, "great strides have been made in the issue regarding the founder and his personal life on the one hand, and on the other, the evaluation of the congregation that recognizes that it was founded by him."
Members of the general chapter had issued a statement Feb. 6 expressing "deep sorrow" for Maciel's"reprehensible and objectively immoral behavior" and regret that it had taken them so long to reach out to and apologize to his victims.
The statement also "affirms that the personal behavior of the founder cannot be seen as personal faults of the other Legionaries, as if they should be held responsible for his actions," the cardinal said at Mass. "Rather, the Legion itself can be seen as a victim of the founder's wrongful actions."
The new constitutions, which will be sent to Pope Francis for approval, explain "the charism and spirituality, the spiritual patrimony and the identity" of the Legionaries of Christ and "the norms necessary to conserve and promote them," the cardinal said.
De Paolis said the 61 chapter delegates, who came from 11 countries, "renewed their 'yes' to their Legionary vocation" and, in doing so, "they have been freed of the burden that weighed on their backs."
He told the chapter members, "Raise up a hymn of thanksgiving to the mercy of God who has tended your wounds, who has healed you and who has once again affectionately reaffirmed the love he first had for you."

On July 28 , 2013, the UN Human Rights Committee published two
reports which found Australia in breach of a number of provisions of
international law in its treatment of a group of asylum seekers held in
indefinite detention. The Australian government is now due to file its
reply to the Human Rights Committee.
Among the group were two Sri Lankans found to meet the strict refugee criteria, but whom the Australian Security Intelligence Organization (ASIO) had deemed a security risk. Once ASIO classifies someone a security risk, that person will not get residency in Australia and must leave.
However the problem for this group is there is nowhere for them to go to because although Australia accepts that they are legitimate refugees, they are seen as a possible security risk in Australia, and this finding makes it virtually impossible for then to find another country for resettlement.
One of the many problems for these refugees is that ASIO will not disclose its reasons for finding them to be a security risk and there is effectively no appeal against this decision. A concession by the previous Labor government was to have the cases reviewed by a judge. This was done and several cases were successful in this process. However the new coalition government stated they will end even this minor concession and just rely on the ASIO findings.
Australian law requires they be held in indefinite and non-reviewable detention until another country can be found for their resettlement – this could take many years. Although they won the UN case, there is no legal mechanism for them to enforce the ruling of the Human Rights Committee in Australia – so in detention they must stay. No alternatives to mandatory detention are considered.
Over the last few years more and more asylum seekers have made the dangerous sea voyage to Australia. Initially their cases were being processed but the political climate was increasingly dominated by a hostile then-opposition who incorrectly labelled these asylum seekers as ‘illegal’ and then proceeded to vilify them.
Part of the debate also focussed on ‘saving lives at sea.’ This clearly needed to be done but saving lives was presented as the key policy need – and the human rights and asylum needs of people was overridden. Saving lives and refugee assessment do not need to be the alternatives – you can have policies aimed at reducing the risk for people to travel by sea, but not punishing those who do. This is where the former Labor government panicked and tried to find resettlement options outside of Australia.
Initially East Timor was mooted, then a deal was done to transfer 800 asylum seekers from Australia to Malaysia in return for resettling 4,000 other refugees from Malaysia. The deal was ruled invalid by the High Court of Australia.
Then after August 2012, the Australian government reopened the processing centers in Nauru and Manus Island in Papua New Guinea (PNG). A change of prime minister in July 2013 led to a new deal with PNG whereby asylum seekers who arrived by boat would be possibly all sent to PNG and they would only be resettled in PNG if found to be refugees.
The change in government in September brought a new harshness to what was already a flawed and inhumane policy. Boats were to be interdicted and sent back to Indonesia. If people were unable to be sent back, they would be sent to PNG and never gain resettlement in Australia. The language became militarised and harsh under what is called ‘Operation Sovereign Borders’.
With Manus Island and Nauru at capacity, and PNG not able to really resettle anyone as a refugee, the Australian government has turned to other poor countries in our region, and it is reported that Cambodia has been approached.
Such harshness in policy under the current government but also under the previous government is giving a bad example to the region and elsewhere about the universal importance of protecting human rights and adherence to the International Conventions and Treaties.
If Australia is able to get away with subcontracting its international obligations to poor neighbors, how will any country take Australia seriously when it raises human rights concerns in the region or elsewhere? Already China has criticized Australia for human rights breaches.
If international law and the protection of human rights are to be taken seriously, then developed and rich countries have a special obligation to comply with the rule of law and respect international agreements.
No one seriously expects the Australian government 'sreply to the Human Rights Committee to be helpful to those refugees in detention. The Australian government has succeeded in vilifying a group of people claiming refugee protection, simply by the manner of their arrival. When governments are allowed to discriminate against a group of people, simply for political benefit, the fabric of international human rights is at risk.
The approach of the current Australian government in this area is not promoting the development and adherence to international law, but showing countries how you can flout it by paying poorer countries to do the hard work.
Meanwhile, the refugees who are found to be security risks remain in detention without any recourse to why they are a risk or a chance of proving themselves otherwise.

In 2009, this wife of a brick maker and mother of five went berry picking to earn an extra 250 Pakistani rupees near her simple home in Punjab….
According to Blasphemy, a book co-written with French television journalist Anne-Isabelle Tollet that tells Asia’s story, it started when she used a common cup to take water twice from a well in the berry field. Another woman shouted that Asia, a Christian, made the water haram, or unclean for Muslims.
All the other berry pickers were Muslim.
They say it was more than 100 degrees that day, so maybe the heat pushed the rage button on either side of the discussion. Perhaps Asia did not think of or did not know that detail of the laws of cleanliness. She was thirsty. She took two cups of water. And when confronted, she said to the accusers, “I think Jesus would see it differently from Muhammad.”…
The confrontation by the well got nasty. They called Asia a filthy Christian and Jesus a bastard…. Somehow, Asia escaped alive, but five days later, she went back to pick some berries and earn some rupees. A mob beat and dragged her to the law, which some months later found her guilty of blasphemy and sentenced her to death.
They say Asia is the only woman so sentenced in this century. She has been waiting in filthy prison cells for nearly four years now, first an hour away from her family, now another five hours away. Her appeal sits in some court or another.
Before they moved her a few months ago, Asia lived on food her husband brought. Now she takes the common prison meals, always fearing poison. There is a 5,000 euro bounty offered by a Muslim cleric to the one who kills her….
She is not the only person – male or female; Christian, Hindu or Muslim – stuck in some Pakistani prison suffering because of real or imagined charges of blasphemy. The sharp edge of the law within that supposedly secular state cuts anyone in its path.
Disrespect for another’s religious belief is a deeply serious affliction in any situation or society. Prejudices exist. Jobs and perquisites and preferential treatments can sway back and forth according to the beliefs of the powerful. That is the human condition. But four years’ inhumane imprisonment for a simple woman is more than enough.
I think Jesus and Muhammad would see it exactly the same way.

The book "Yaar Indha Yesu Kristu?" by Father S. J. Antonyswami, vicar general of the Madras-Mylapore archdiocese, examines the incidents in the life of Jesus in the context of the social and economic situation of the time.
Archbishop George Antonysamy of Madras-Mylapore released the book giving the first copy to Bishop Devasahayam of Church of South India at a funciton on the Presentation Church campus.
Salt Media, an organization to develop Christian media, was also launched.
“Salt Media owes its establishment to the inspiration given by Pope Francis, who is seeking to regain the soul of the Church by modernising it. Salt Media will push the Christian community to take active interest in civil, social, environmental and human rights issues,” said its president Fr Martin.
Eminent personalities like Fr Jegath Gaspar, founder, NAAM, Roy Lazer of Department of Christian Studies in Madras University, Fr Martin of Salt Media and writer and social activist Fr Mark Stephen were present.

Bishop seeks justice in Italian marines' case
Archbishop Soosa Pakiam of Thiruvanthapuram said it was "not justifiable" to apply different sets of laws to different people.

Archbishop Soosa Pakiam of Thiruvanthapuram said it was "not justifiable" to apply different sets of laws to different people.
The archbishop's comment came in the wake of government on Monday informing the Supreme Court that the marines would not be prosecuted under the anti-piracy law-- Suppression of Unlawful Acts (SUA)--that attracts death penalty as maximum punishment.
The marines are accused of killing two fishermen off Kerala coast in 2012. Both the victims belonged to Latin rite.
"I am not a lawyer to answer the question whether the case has been weakened by sparing the accused of facing the SUA law. However, applying different sets of laws for different people cannot be justified," the archbishop said responding to queries at a press meet.
"There could be pressures on the Government of India. There were reports that Indians living in Italy and other parts of Europe are facing problems because of the (marines') case. In a broader perspective, if the accused get the concessions of law as a result of these factors, we are not against that," he added.
"We are pained that two lives were lost. One of them is a member of Latin Catholic community in Kerala and the other hailed from the neighboring diocese in Tamil Nadu. We have taken a strong stand in the case right from the start," he said.
He said what was all the more important was to put in place safety measures to ensure the security of fisher people to avoid such unfortunate incidents in future.

சிறிலங்கா உள்ளிட்ட உலகின் அனைத்து நாடுகளினதும் மனிதஉரிமைகள் நிலை தொடர்பான முக்கியமான அறிக்கை ஒன்றை அமெரிக்க இராஜாங்கச் செயலர் ஜோன் கெரி நாளை வெளியிடவுள்ளார்.
அமெரிக்க இராஜாங்கத் திணைக்களத்தினால், ஆண்டுதோறும் ‘நாடுகளின் மனிதஉரிமைகள் நடைமுறைகள்‘ என்ற பெயரில், உலகிலுள்ள அனைத்து நாடுகளினதும், மனிதஉரிமைகள் நிலை குறித்த அறிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
2013ம் ஆண்டுக்கான நாடுகளின் மனித உரிமைகள் நடைமுறைகள் அறிக்கை, நாளை காலை 11.30 மணியளவில், வொசிங்டனில் உள்ள அமெரிக்க இராஜாங்கத் திணைக்களத்தின் ஊடக அறையில் வெளியிடப்படவுள்ளது.
அமெரிக்க இராஜாங்கச் செயலர் ஜோன் கெரி இந்த அறிக்கையை வெளியிடவுள்ளார்.
இதையடுத்து, ஜனநாயகம், தொழிலாளர் விவகாரங்கள், மற்றும் மனிதஉரிமைகளுக்கான, பதில் உதவி இராஜாங்கச் செயலர் உஸ்ரா சீயா, இந்த அறிக்கை தொடர்பாக விளக்கமளிக்கவுள்ளதுடன், ஊடகவியலாளர்களின் கேள்விகளுக்கும் பதிலளிக்கவுள்ளார்.

உலகம் முழுவதும் ஏற்பட்டு வரும் பருவநிலை மாற்றம் காரணமாக கடல் மட்டம் உயர்ந்து வருவதால் இந்தோனேசியாவில் உள்ள சுமார் 1500க்கும் அதிகமான தீவுகள் 2050ம் ஆண்டில் இருக்காது என விஞ்ஞானிகள் எச்சரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர்.
பூமியின் வெப்ப நிலை உயர்வு காரணமாக துருவ பகுதிகளில் உள்ள பனிப்படலங்கள் உருகத் தொடங்கியுள்ளதாக கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக விஞ்ஞானிகள் எச்சரித்து வருகின்றனர்.
இதன் விளைவாக கடல் மட்டம் உயர்வது, பருவநிலை மாறுபாடு, பருவமழை பொய்த்து போதல், கோடை காலங்களில் கடும் மழை பெய்தல் போன்ற பல்வேறு மாற்றங்களும் காணப்படும் என்றும் எச்சரிக்கின்றனர்.
இந்தோனேசியா நாடு முழுவதும் தீவுகளால் ஆன தேசமாகும். இங்கு சுமார் 17 ஆயிரம் தீவுகள் காணப்படுகின்றன. இதில் சுமார் 6 ஆயிரம் தீவுகள் வசிக்க தகுதியற்றவை என்கின்றனர் ஆய்வாளர்கள்.
இதுகுறித்து ஆசிய சுற்றுசூழல் ஆய்வாளர் அஞ்சா சீனிவாசன் கூறுகையில், இந்தோனேசியாவில் ஜகார்தா உள்பட 40 சதவீத நிலப்பரப்பு கடல் மட்டத்திற்கும் தாழ்வாகவே அமைந்துள்ளன. தற்போது இதுதான் இந்தோனேசியாவிற்கு பெரும் அச்சுறுத்தலாக மாறியுள்ளது.
தற்போது ஏற்பட்டுள்ள குளோபல் வார்மிங் என்கிற பருவநிலை வெப்ப மாறுபாடு காரணமாக கடல் மட்டம் அதிகரித்து வருவதால் ஏற்கனவே இங்கு பல மாவட்டங்கள் நீர் சூழ்ந்த ஏரிகளாக மாறிவிட்டன. இங்கு சுமார் 40 மில்லியன் மக்கள் கடலுக்கு மிக அருகில் 3கிமீக்கும் குறைவான தூரத்திலேயே வசித்து வருகின்றனர்.
இந்த நூற்றாண்டின் இறுதியில் கடல்மட்டம் 90 செமீ வரை உயர வாய்ப்புள்ளது. அப்போது 2030ல் ஜகார்தா விமான நிலையத்தை கூட கடல் நீர் சூழ்ந்துவிடும். சுமார் 1500 தீவுகள் கடலுக்குள் மறைந்துவிடும் அபாயம் உள்ளது என்றார்.

உத்தர பிரதேச மாநிலம் ஆக்ராவின் பல்கேஸ்வரா காலனியில் வசித்து வரும் விஜய் சர்மா உள்ளூர் இந்தி நாளிதழ் ஒன்றில் ஆசிரியராக பணியாற்றி வருகிறார்.
கடந்த 20ம் திகதி இவருடைய மனைவி நீலம் கொல்லப்பட்டார். இதுகுறித்து போலீசார் விசாரணை நடத்தி கொலையாளியை தேடி வந்தனர்.
இந்நிலையில், சர்மாவின் வீட்டில் வளர்க்கப்பட்டு வந்த கிளி, சர்மாவின் மருமகன் அசுடோஷ் சர்மா கோஸ்வாமி தன்னுடைய வீ்ட்டிற்கு வரும்போதெல்லாம் உர்ரென்று இருந்தது. கிளியின் நடத்தையில் ஏற்பட்ட மாறுதலை சர்மா கவனித்தார். இது குறித்து சர்மாவின் தம்பி அஜய்யும் தனது சந்தேகத்தை அவரிடம் தெரிவித்தார்.
சந்தேகம் வலுவடைந்ததால், சர்மாவின் குடும்பத்தினர் தாங்கள் சந்தேகிக்கும் நபர்களின் பெயர்களை ஒவ்வொன்றாக கிளியின் முன் கூறினர். மற்றவர்களின் பெயரை கூறும்போது எதுவும் பேசாத அந்தக் கிளி அசுடோஷ் பெயரை கூறியதும், “இவன்தான் கொன்றான்… இவன்தான் கொன்றான்…” என்று பேசியது.
இதையடுத்து அவரது குடும்பத்தினர் போலீசாருக்கு தகவல் தெரிவித்தனர். போலீசாரும் அசுடோஷை காவலில் எடுத்து விசாரித்தனர். விசாரணையில் அசுடோஷ், ரோனி மசே என்பவருடன் சேர்ந்து சர்மாவின் மனைவி நீலத்தைக் கொன்றது தெரியவந்தது.
சம்பவத்தன்று சர்மாவின் வீட்டிற்குள் நுழைந்த அவர்கள், நீலத்தை கத்தியைக் காட்டி மிரட்டி நகை மற்றும் பணத்தை தருமாறு மிரட்டியுள்ளனர். நீலம் தன்னைக் காட்டிக் கொடுத்துவிடுவாரோ என்று பயந்து அசுடோஷ் அவரை கத்தியால் குத்தி கொலை செய்துள்ளான். அதைப் பார்த்து குரைத்துக் கொண்டேயிருந்த சர்மாவின் வளர்ப்பு நாயை இருவரும் கத்தியால் குத்திக் கொன்றுள்ளனர்.
இந்த கொடூரச் செயலில் ஈடுபட்ட இருவரும், கொலை மற்றும் கொள்ளை குற்றத்திற்காக கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர். மேலும் கொலையாளிகளை பிடிக்க கிளி பெரிதும் உதவியதாக ஆக்ரா காவல்துறை சூப்பிரண்டு சலாப் மதூர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
கிளி ஒன்று கொலையாளியை காட்டிக் கொடுத்த சம்பவம் அப்பகுதி மக்களை ஆச்சரியத்தில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளது.
